  • ERTALYTE® PET-P (POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE POLYESTER)

    Because of its low moisture absorption rate, Ertalyte® PET-P’s mechanical and electrical properties are virtually unaffected by moisture. These properties combined make Ertalyte® PET-P ideal for use in the manufacture of precision mechanical parts.

  • ERTALYTE® TX PET-P (POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE POLYESTER)

    TX PET-P ideal for use in applications that involve high pressure and velocity conditions. It also makes a good replacement in applications involving soft metal and plastic mating surfaces to reduce noise and wear better. 

  • FEP (FLUORONATED ETHYLENE PROPYLENE)

    FEP offers the lowest refractive index of all thermoplastics. Its weatherability also makes it an excellent resistor to ozone and sunlight. FEP’s properties make it ideal for use in tubing with thin walls that can be mechanically expanded or heat shrunk. FEP can be heat sealed, thermoformed, welded, vacuum formed, heat bonded, metallized, laminated, and used as a hot-melt adhesive.

  • FLUOROSINT® 207 PTFE

    Compared to unfilled PTFE, Fluorosint® 207 PTFE has 1/20th the rate of wear of PTFE below 300º F. This makes it ideal for use as aggressive service bearings and bushings or as a replacement for applications using PTFE that require a longer lasting material.

  • FLUOROSINT® 500 PTFE

    Flurosint® 500 PTFE has nine times greater resistance to deformation under load, 1/5th the coefficient of linear expansion, and is 1/3rd harder than unfilled P TFE. It also has better wear characteristics and maintains low friction properties. Fluorosint® 500 PTFE is non-abrasive to most mating materials which makes it a great replacement of aluminum seals to reduce clearance and improve efficiency.

  • G-10/FR-4 (GLASS CLOTH / EPOXY RESIN)

    G-10 is made up of a mixture of epoxy resin and glass cloth. G-10 has extremely high mechanical strength and dimensional stability over temperature, low water absorption, and superior electrical properties when both wet and dry. These electrical properties make it the most widely used in the electrical field. G-10’s properties are exhibited over a wide range of temperatures and humidities.

  • G-11 (GLASS CLOTH / EPOXY RESIN)

    G-11 is made up of a mixture of epoxy resin and glass cloth. G-11 has extremely high mechanical strength and dimensional stability over temperature, low water absorption, and superior electrical properties when both wet and dry. G-11’s properties are exhibited over a wide range of temperatures and humidities.

  • G-5 (GLASS CLOTH / MELAMINE RESIN)

    G-5 is made up of a mixture of melamine resin and glass cloth. G-5 is the hardest and most abrasion resistant industrial laminate, is arc and heat resistant, has excellent electrical properties under dry conditions, has high mechanical strength, and good dimensional stability. G-5 is less resistant to the elements of nature than G-9.

  • G-7 (GLASS CLOTH / SILICONE RESIN)

    G-7 is made up of a mixture of silicone resin and glass cloth. G-7 has excellent heat and arc resistance, is self-extinguishing, and has good electrical properties in wet conditions that are even better under dry conditions. It is also the most temperature resistant grade. Although it is not stronger than epoxies and industrial thermosets at lower temperatures, it is stronger at temperatures over 400ºF. These properties make G-7 ideal for use in electrical grade insulation, heating insulation and appliance insulation.

  • G-9 (GLASS CLOTH / MELAMINE RESIN)

    G-9 is made up of a mixture of melamine resin and glass cloth. G-9, along with G-5, is the hardest and most abrasion resistant industrial laminate, is arc and heat resistant, has excellent electrical properties under wet and dry conditions, has high mechanical strength, and has good dimensional stability.
