Any Application. Every Industry.

  • HALAR® ECTFE (ETHYLENE-CHLOROTRIFLUOROETHYLENE)

Halar® ECTFE is made from the toughest fluoropolymers, allowing it to have nylon-like durability with excellent mechanical properties and impact strength. It has extremely low permeability to liquids, gases, and vapors.

  • MC®901 (Cast Heat Stabilized)

MC®901 is an unmodified cast type 6 nylon. MC®901 along with MC®907 have the highest strength and hardness of the nylon 6 grades. MC®901 is a temperature resistant grade that is heat stabilized and offers thermal stability up to 260º F. It is blue in color and is used for a number of bearing and structural applications.

  • MC®907 (NYLON TYPE 6 – CAST UNFILLED)

MC®907 is an unmodified cast type 6 nylon. MC®907 along with MC®901 have the highest strength and hardness of the nylon 6 grades.

  • NYLATRON® GS (EXTRUDED MOLY-FILLED)

Nylaton® GS is an extruded moly-filled nylon 6/6. The moly particles dispersed throughout the material act as a dry lubricant, to enhance load bearing and wear capabilities while also improving strength and rigidity.

  • NYLATRON® GSM (NYLON TYPE 6 – CAST MOLY-FILLED)

Nylaton® GSM is a cast moly-filled grade of Nylon 6. The moly particles that are dispersed through the nylon material act as a dry lubricant to enhance load bearing and wear capabilities while maintaining impact strength and toughness.

  • NYLATRON® GSM BLUE (NYLON TYPE 6 – CAST MOLY & OIL FILLED)

Nylatron® GSM Blue is a cast moly and oil filled nylon 6. This combination has the load capability of Nylatron® GSM as well as improved frictional characteristics. It is dark blue in color and is ideal for high load applications where a lower coefficient of friction is needed.

  • NYLATRON® NSM (CAST SOLID-LUBRICANT-FILLED NYLON 6)

Nylatron® NSM is a cast solid lubricant filled nylon 6. This grade of nylon 6 offers the best wear resistance and lowest coefficient of friction, making it the best bearing and wear nylon product available. The solid lubricant additives make the material self-lubricating.

  • NYLOIL® (NYLON TYPE 6 – CAST OIL-FILLED)

Nyloil® is a cast nylon with oil lubrication dispersed throughout the material. This built in lubrication reduces friction by as much as 25% on the bearing interface, which can result in longer wear life then the unfilled or moly-filled nylons.

  • NYLON TYPE 6/6

Nylon 6/6 has the tendency to absorb moisture but is the least permeable to gasoline/mineral oil/fluorocarbon-refrigerant, the strongest, and most widely used, of all nylons. Its high crystallinity results in a sharp melting point, making its mechanical properties less affected by temperature.

  • NYLON TYPE 6/6 (30% GLASS FILLED)

Nylon is commonly used as a replacement for bronze, brass, aluminum, steel and other metals to reduce weight and noise from metal to metal contact.
