NOMEX® 410 (ARAMID PAPER)
Material Information
Nomex® 410, the original type of Nomex® paper, is a calendared insulation paper. It is a registered trademark of Dupont. Nomex® 410 is made entirely from synthetic aramid polymer. It offers high dielectric strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility, and resilience. Its properties make it ideal for use in electrical equipment applications. Overall it is insensitive to moisture, resistant to radiation and flame, and will work in cryogenic applications.
