  8. Composite Plastics (such as CFRP – Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) – While not a pure plastic, CFRP combines carbon fiber with a plastic matrix, offering exceptional strength-to-weight ratios. It is widely used in structural components like wings and fuselage sections.

These materials help improve fuel efficiency by reducing the overall weight of aircraft while meeting regulatory standards for safety, durability, and thermal stability.
